THE Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) said that they were able to garner some P145.5 million from the coin recirculation program.
According to the BSP, as per the number of coins deposited using their coin deposit machines (CoDMs) had already reached 145.5 million as of February 21, 2024.
This was eight months after the initiative was launched in June 2023.

Robinsons Place Ermita, Manila

Also, the BSP’s CoDM aim is to put the idle coins back in the circulation in order to serve the currency.
