AT least two areas in Metro Manila were deemed as having an “unhealthy” airquality index.
According to the Manila Department of Public Services, it said that the air quality in Barangay 128 and the Fabella Hospital area were said to be “unhealthy for sensitive groups.”
“People with respiratory diseases such as asthma should limit outdoor activities within the vicinity of UFSG areas,” the statement read.
It was noted that the Rizal Park area has a “good” AQI.
The data was retrieved from the three monitoring locations under the Asia Blue Skies Project at 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
