Mober, the Philippines' leading green logistics provider, has won the prestigious Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Award 2025 in the "Inspiring Workplaces in Asia" category. The award recognizes Mober's pioneering efforts in driving the sustainable transformation of the country’s commercial logistics industry.
Celebrated as Asia’s premier recognition for leadership and sustainability, the ACES Awards honored Mober for its people-driven innovation, which has led to significant milestones this year. These include the launch of the Philippines' largest commercial EV charging hub, the introduction of the country's first fully electric tractor head, and the company’s expansion into Thailand, further solidifying its leadership in sustainable logistics across Asia.
Mober Founder and CEO Dennis Ng emphasized the importance of the award in reinforcing their commitment to investing in human capital to drive operational scalability and sustainable growth.
"At Mober, our focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce is a competitive advantage that defines our leadership in the market. We are not just electrifying a fleet; we are humanizing the logistics sector and setting a new standard for sustainable transition in the region," Ng said.
Mober currently employs over 400 people, including more than 200 Green Delivery Specialists (GDS), who are part of the company's Green Warriors Program. This initiative equips employees to become sustainability ambassadors, ensuring Mober maintains operational excellence as it expands. The #MoveHer campaign further supports gender diversity, advocating for safer, more inclusive opportunities for women in logistics, a traditionally male-dominated industry.
“We are proud to lead the way in creating new pathways for women in logistics. By ensuring safe, inclusive workplaces, we’re strengthening the operational foundation of EV logistics and building a sustainable future for all,” said Miguel Bermundo, Vice President for People and Sustainability at Mober.
As Mober continues to scale its electric fleet and regional presence, the company remains dedicated to fostering a greener, more inclusive, and human-centered future for the logistics industry across Asia.
