BATANGAS — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Batangas Branch has turned over a ₱414,000 financial grant to the non-profit organization Self-Help Approach and Rights-Based Environment (SHARE) under the Agency’s Institutional Partnership Program (IPP).
PCSO Batangas Branch Manager Jester Ramos, together with Social Welfare Officer II Mary Rose Ebora, formally presented the check to SHARE representatives, led by Project Manager Christopher Olave and Executive Director Maren Baet, during a turnover ceremony at the PCSO Batangas Branch
SHARE officials expressed their gratitude to PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles for including their organization as one of PCSO’s partner institutions. They emphasized that the grant will bolster SHARE’s ongoing efforts to empower, protect, and uplift vulnerable sectors-particularly children and women, through community-based programs and advocacy initiatives.
The ₱414,000 funding support will also help expand SHARE’s reach within its covered communities, enhancing the delivery of critical services to those most in need.
Through the IPP, PCSO provides financial assistance to accredited organizations engaged in social welfare, community development, and humanitarian services. Further, the program strengthens collaboration with partner institutions to ensure that resources create meaningful and sustainable impact, consistent with the agency’s mandate to promote the well-being of Filipinos, especially the under privileged.
