CAR ride-hailing company inDrive said that they are now compliant with the fare regulations, as they expressed hope that the suspension will be lifted.
But officials of inDrive said that they had retained the feature of their platform, to which it allows passengers and drivers to "choose."
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board had earlier issued a suspension against inDrive over its business model, that allows passengers and drivers to haggle for their fares.
According to inDrive they have already resolved this issue.
"We are now compliant in terms of the fare system and we have submitted the changes to the LTFRB and we are waiting for the response from them," Mohd Zulkarnain, inDrive Public Relations Manager for Southeast Asia said.
For his part, Afanasy Petrov, inDrive's Business Development Manager for the Philippines said the platform will retain its feature which allows passengers to choose which drivers they want to get; and drivers to choose to accept or ignore rides.
