DIVERSIFIED conglomerate San Miguel Corp. (SMC) has bagged the privatization project of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport's (NAIA) operations and maintenance.
According to Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista, the SMC-SAP & Company Consortium emerged as the winning bidder of the NAIA Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project.
