According to NAIA, the three qualified bidders are said to be compliant, after they made an evaluation of their technical proposals submitted last month.

They are identified as the Manila International Airport Consortium, GMR Airports Consortium, and SMC-SAP & Company Consortium.

They also said that of the three, SMC-SAP & Company Consortium submitted the highest bid amount percentage of 82.16%.
