THE Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System said that the National Capital Region will have sufficient water supply during the summer months.
Likewise, despite the onset of El Niño, the MWSS said that thepower is also seen to be adequate.
The MWSS said that they see no projected deficiency in water supply for Metro Manila.
It includes neighboring provinces withAngat Dam’s water level is at 212.5 meters as of 6 a.m. December 12.
However, it is still higher than the normal high water level of 212 meters.
The spilling level of Angat Dam is raised to 214 meters.
The Department of Energy said that they do not expect any yellow or red alerts during the summer months.
This is due to the additional power supply that will go online before the onset of the dry season.
