Antipolo e-BOSS opens anew for registration and renewal

ANTIPOLO City: The local government reminded business owners in the city with regards to the payment of taxes and application of new and renewal of business permits, which can be accessed through the electronic Business One-Stop-Shop o e-BOSS.

 

Mayor Jun Ynares said that they reactivated the said payment scheme which can be done online.

 

“Nagsimula na naman ang isang bagong taon, at kasabay po nito ang muling pagsisimula ng Electronic Business One-Stop Shop o e-BOSS. Katulad ng nakaraang taon, fully online pa rin po ang application ng new business permits at renewal ng mga existing business permits,” Mayor Jun said..

 

Those seeking to renew or apply online, they simply need to log on to the https://antipoloonline.egapsonline.com to upload their scanned documents for the requirements such as: Unified Application Form (online application); DTI Business Name Registration / SEC Registration; Barangay Business Clearance (na makukuha kasunod ng online application); TCT o Tax Declaration / Contract of Lease (if renting); Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) / Corporate Tax Certificate and; Financial Documents.

 

An online screening and review by regulatory offices such as the Office of the Building Official (OBO) Clearance; Locational/Zoning Clearance (ZAO); Environmental Permit to Operate (CEWMO); Sanitary Permit to Operate (CHO) - Occupational Permit (PESO); Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (BFP); and the National Government Agency Clearances would be done for the business seeking to renew or apply.

 

The payment can also be done online and may be accessed simply by clicking "Process to Payment". Scroll to "PayMaya e-wallet" (Maya or GCash) or the  PayMaya / VISA / Mastercard / JBC. 

 

But the Antipolo LGU said those not allowed to use the portal are those and needs to proceed personally to the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) for those who have a outstanding balance; need to close shop; those issued with a Notice of Violation; businesses that were unable to renew since 2015 or down; or those seeking to change the details of their business.

 

“Sa mga hindi naman techy na ating mga kababayan, worry no more dahil gaya ng dati, laging ready to assist naman ang ating mga kawani sa eBOSS Online Assistance Area sa Ground Floor ng Antipolo City Hall Main Building,” Mayor Jun said.

 

To avoid overcrowding, the LGU advised the public to set up a schedule by going to the online booking link of: https://bit.ly/e-BOSS-OnlineBooking

 

The eBOSS will run until January 20, 2024.
