Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, is opening applications for the second year of its Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP), an initiative designed to empower fresh graduates and shape the next generation of e-commerce Operations leaders.
The two-year immersive program offers participants in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, preparing them to drive real-world projects and accelerate their careers.

The Future Operations Leaders Program offers young professionals invaluable opportunities for growth and development through a combination of structured learning, mentorship programs, and leadership tracks. Participants rotate through Shopee's various Operations sites across the Philippines, gaining first-hand experience in key operational functions. Beyond technical skills, the program focuses on cultivating leadership skills through engagement in impactful projects and personalized guidance from managers, coaches, and mentors.
Upon successful completion of the program, Shopee aims to transition associates into Operations Leadership roles, positioning them to continue contributing to the company's long-term success.
